Welcome to Recovered Health LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our mobile IV hydration and wellness services. By scheduling or receiving services from Recovered Health, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully before continuing.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute an electronic contract that explains the legally binding terms of your use of the Service. By using the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms and any conditions or notices contained or referenced within. You acknowledge that these Terms may be modified by us at any time, in our sole discretion, and that any modifications will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service shall indicate your acceptance of any modified terms. Further, you agree that we may at any time, In our sole discretion, with or without prior notice to you, modify, cancel, update, reconfigure, supplement, limit, terminate, or otherwise alter the Service or any part thereof, including as between different users, whether temporarily or permanently
By using the Service, you also agree that we may send you various communications by email or by posting them on Recovered Health’s website. You agree to notify us promptly if your email address changes. This consent covers all actions you conduct through the Service. Should you decide that you do not wish to receive communications by email, please contact us at recoveredhealth1@gmail.com. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within a reasonable time after we receive such notice. A withdrawal of consent will not affect the enforceability of these Terms. However, a withdrawal of Consent to receive communications electronically may result in the termination of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to, and you acknowledge and consent that we may (but are not required to), monitor the Service to the extent permitted by law, including your communications and activities via the Service, and in connection with your access and use of the Service, including without limitation, information provided by you and information about your geolocation.
Scope of Services
Recovered Health provides on-demand intravenous hydration, vitamin therapy, and related wellness services delivered by licensed registered nurses under the supervision of a licensed medical director. These services are intended for general wellness and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any illness, condition, or emergency.
Medical Disclaimer
Recovered Health’s service is designed to enable you to request and book certain intravenous hydration services to be provided by a licensed medical professional. We only schedule your requested service(s) and bill you on behalf of the licensed medical professional. We do not provide medical care services. Our Service is not engaged in the practice of medicine and is not a health care provider.
A licensed health care professional will perform the requested healthcare services for you. The health care professional with whom you establish a treatment relationship is solely responsible for providing you with medical services.
We encourage you to consult with your own health care provider prior to using Recovered Health’s Service to book any health care service or if you have any questions regarding any potential health care service.
Medical Clearance & Eligibility
You agree to complete a health intake form honestly and accurately before treatment. Services are subject to approval by our medical team, and we reserve the right to deny service based on medical history or contraindications. We do not treat individuals under the age of 18.
Consent to Treatment
By accepting services, you give consent to receive IV therapy or intramuscular injections administered by a licensed provider. You understand the risks, benefits, and possible side effects of the treatment and agree to follow aftercare instructions. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Refunds are not issued once treatment has started. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to provider availability, safety, or emergencies.
Payment and Billing
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and cash pay applications. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
By using Recovered Health’s services, you hereby agree Recovered Health has the right and authorize Recovered Health to automatically charge your selected payment method for services provided, applicable fees, or charges.
By opting to utilize our Services, you acknowledge that you are electing to procure products and services on a cash-pay basis, independently of any commercial health insurance plan or federal or state healthcare program. Consequently, you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with any services or products provided to you. If you are a beneficiary of a federal health program, you expressly agree that neither you nor Recovered Health, the affiliated Provider Network, nor any healthcare organization or provider partnering with us to deliver healthcare and pharmacy services will seek reimbursement from any federal or state healthcare program for the expenses incurred for the services and products provided to you
In the event that the medical professional is unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will not be charged.
Limitations of Liability
Recovered Health LLC, its affiliates, and its providers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our services or failure to disclose relevant medical information. Our providers adhere to strict protocols, and clients must follow all instructions to minimize risks.
You acknowledge and agree that we are only willing to provide you access to Recovered Health’s services if you agree to certain limitations of our liability to you and to third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recovered Health, our officers, employees, agents, successors, and contractors shall not be held liable, are released and forever discharged from any and all claims, losses, costs, expenses and damages of any kind involving or related to errors, omissions or negligence in the performance, procedures and administration of the IV therapy. Without limitation, you agree that Recovered Health shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to detect any conditions that exist. You have read the agreement, informed consent and waiver of liability, understand its terms, understand that you are giving up substantial rights by signing it, and that you are agreeing to these terms freely and voluntarily without
inducement, assurance or guarantee made to you.
Privacy and HIPAA Compliance, and Media Consent
We are committed to protecting your personal health information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. All client information collected during the intake, treatment, and follow-up process is encrypted, securely stored, and accessible only to authorized medical personnel for the purpose of providing care or required as law. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or
non-treatment purposes.
By receiving services from Recovered Health, you consent to the collection, storage, and appropriate use of your health information for clinical documentation, follow-up care, and internal quality improvement.
Media Consent
By receiving services from Recovered Health, you acknowledge and agree that photographs or videos may be taken during or after your appointment for promotional or educational purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials. No personal health information, names, or private details will be shared without explicit written consent.
If you prefer not to be included in any marketing materials, please inform your provider at the time of service or email us at recoveredhealth1@gmail.com to opt out.
Service Availability
Service areas include Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding regions. Availability may vary based on demand and staffing. Recovered Health reserves the right to refuse service for any reason deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

All You Need to Know About Your IV Therapy Session!
What is IV therapy and how does it work?
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, medications, and hydration directly into your bloodstream, bypassing your digestive system so your body absorbs 100% of the nutrients.
Can you get IV therapy at home?
Yes. Mobile IV therapy can be scheduled almost anywhere including your home. Our registered nurses will provide all the materials required so all you need to do is sit back and relax.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yep! We use pharmacy-grade vitamins and nutrients from licensed 503B compounding pharmacies. We use sterile, medical-grade supplies from accredited medical supply vendors. All treatments are administered by experienced RNs under the supervision of a board-certified medical director. We also do a full health assessment before treatment.
How long does a session take?
Most sessions take about 1 hour. IM injections take just a few minutes.
How often should I get IV therapy?
It depends on your goals! Some people come weekly, others monthly. Our team can help build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Do you accept insurance?
Not at the moment IV therapy is considered elective, so it isn’t usually covered by insurance. But we do accept credit/debit cards, cash, or most cash pay apps.
Where are you located?
We’re based right here in Tampa, Florida. But we service the entire Tampa Bay area including St Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, and more!
Who is a good candidate for IV therapy?
Most healthy adults 18-65 benefit from IV hydration, especially after illness, intense training, poor sleep, travel, or a little too much to drink. An in depth health screening will be performed before your session to ensure safe administration.
How do I book an appointment?

Can I bring a friend or book for a group?
Definitely. We love hosting duos, groups, and parties. Just let us know in advance and we’ll make it happen.
Can I customize my drip?
Yes! That’s what we do best. Choose your own add-ins or ask our team to build the perfect blend for your needs.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. All clients must complete a full health intake form and consent form before treatment. This ensures your safety and allows us to tailor your therapy.
Does it hurt?
Not much! Most clients feel only a small pinch when the IV is inserted. All our registered nurses are highly skilled and experienced in IV insertion with gentle technique.
